The reconstruction of Book Two of Gesualdo's Sacrae Cantiones occupied me for three years, from 2008 until 2011. The whole set has been beautifully recorded by Vocalconsort Berlin and released on on Harmonia Mundi, and this CD was awarded the prestigious ECHO-Klassik Prize 2013 (Choir Recording of the Year).
